At Dharohar, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order processing, shipping, and delivery.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing. Customers will be informed accordingly.


Shipping Coverage

Dharohar currently delivers across India. At present, we do not offer international shipping.


Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, and external factors.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Dharohar may offer free shipping on select products or promotional campaigns, at its sole discretion.


Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation message or email containing tracking details. This allows customers to monitor the status of their shipment in real time.


Delays and Exceptions

While every effort is made to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Dharohar shall not be held responsible for such delays; however, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

Any additional charges incurred for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.


Delivery Confirmation

An order will be considered successfully delivered once it has been marked as delivered by the courier partner. Customers are advised to report any issues related to delivery within 24 hours of receipt.
