At Dharohar, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or exchange if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery


Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us within the specified return window and provide order details along with the reason for return.

Once the request is approved, instructions for return pickup or self-shipping will be provided. The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method

  • The refund process may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.


Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for size or product replacement, subject to availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant proof (such as images).

After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed at no additional cost.


Return Shipping Charges

  • In case of defective or incorrect products, Dharohar will bear the return shipping cost

  • For other returns, shipping charges may be applicable and will be communicated at the time of request


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
